The Equipment and Expertise You Need

Chemoxy has several multifunctional reactors, varying from 7 m³ to 35 m³ in size. These reactors can be operated in a stand-alone mode or connected to one of the high-performance distillation units. Chemoxy also has the special expertise needed to perform some corrosive reactions.

Typical chemistries suited for batch processing (or semi-batch processing) include dehydration, etherification, esterification, methyl end capping and quaternization.

Types of Equipment Available

Our plants have stainless steel reactors, chloride resistant and glass-lined reactors which allow us to perform a wide range of reactions with corrosive materials.
